Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Go bananas! This smoothie is great for when you are crunched for time in the morning. It will help you feel fuller longer AND it is delicious and super nutritious! You may need to play around with the recipe a bit to your fit your personal taste. Enjoy!
Breakfast Smoothie
- Ice
- 1 whole banana
- 1 spoonful nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, whatever nut butter you like)
- 1/4 cup oats
- Chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- Vanilla protein powder
- Almond milk (or other milk such as rice, hemp, etc.)
- Coconut water (**omit if you want)
- Dash of sea salt
- Optional: I might add in pepitas (pumpkin seeds) or sunflower seeds and a little vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Blend in blender or bullet until smooth
